Every Muladhara product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch, helping ensure that your order reaches you in excellent condition.
One-Time Exchange
Available for size or colour, subject to stock availability.
48-Hour Window
Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
Original Condition
Tags, packaging and invoice must be retained for exchange.
No Returns
Please review the product information carefully before placing your order.
Muladhara Eco Clothing does not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect product selection
- Colour preference
- Style preference
Exchange Policy
A one-time exchange may be requested for the following reasons.
- Exchange for a different size
- Exchange for a different colour, subject to availability
Exchange Conditions
The following requirements must be fulfilled for an exchange request to be considered.
- The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours or 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.
- The product must be returned with its original tags, packaging and invoice.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, damage or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size or colour.
- Where the requested size or colour is unavailable, Muladhara Eco Clothing may, at its sole discretion, provide store credit equal to the product value.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products cannot be exchanged due to hygiene, safety or sale-related restrictions.
- Innerwear
- Used or washed products
- Clearance, sale or final-sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
Please report a product-related issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, notify Muladhara Eco Clothing by email within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear images showing the defect, damage or incorrect item received.
Submit a video clearly showing the sealed package being opened.
Exchange Shipping Charges
Shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to size or colour exchanges.
Exchange shipping charges will not be payable by the customer when the exchange is required due to an error by Muladhara Eco Clothing, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
